In completing the new Professional Office Building, Floyd Valley Hospital achieved the goal of integrating physician and hospital services.  In addition to renovating their existing clinic facility, a new 8,750 SF addition with full basement provided expanded space, 24 exam rooms for eight physicians, plus minor procedure rooms and associated support space.

A new underground connector ties the new addition with the existing hospital facility, and provides a climate-controlled link for both patients and physicians.  New elevators allow easy access to both levels of the Hospital and Medical Office Building.  Exterior finishes and similar detailing unify the new addition with the previously upgraded hospital.
