Bloomfield Community School hired Prochaska & Associates to design an envisioned 4 phase renovation and addition plan. This was a project which required completion of construction during the summer break to eliminate disruption of classes.  The 4 phases were completed over the course of 5 years. A brief description of each of the four phases follows:

Phase 1: Third floor high school renovations including chemistry, physics and biology labs, classrooms and building code modifications.

Phase 2: First and second floor high school renovations including all classrooms, administration suite and building code compliance measures.

Phase 3: Renovations to family consumer science classroom, music room and all elementary school classrooms.

Phase 4: Construction documents for additions to the gymnasium building were completed in 2021.

All phases were delivered with the traditional Design-Bid-Build method.
