Following completion of a Facility Master Plan to refocus Pender Community Hospital towards outpatient services, Prochaska & Associates developed a phasing strategy for expanding and upgrading the entire facility. The Hospital has steadily progressed through numerous projects from the original Master Plan over the years, and recently updated their Master Plan to address future needs.
