For eleven (11) years, Prochaska & Associates has used its design skills to help support an annual food drive for the Food Bank for the Heartland.  The national event is called “Canstruction,” which joins participating businesses with Architects and Designers to build sculptures made of food products.  After the sculptures are displayed in a local shopping mall for a week or two, the food products are donated to the Food Bank.  Businesses use the event to enhance team-building as well as to support the local community.  Prochaska & Associates provides its creativity, planning skills and team leadership, as well as prepares construction drawings and signage.  Our sculptures have been extremely successful with the prizes awarded to participants each year!
