Having rapidly outgrown their 86,000 square foot corporate headquarters building, AGP commissioned Prochaska & Associates to develop a Master Site and Facility Plan that represents a vision for orderly growth of their campus well into the future. This Phase 2 addition provides a five story, 59,000 square foot centerpiece that will eventually link future additions with the original Phase 1 building.

While complementary to the original architecture, the new building’s subtle detailing and its reorientation of the campus towards West Dodge Road to the south reinforce its position as the “Hub” of the development. In addition to three floors of expanded office space, a lower level is dedicated to training and conference facilities. A sub-level below the training floor provides a secure location for the MIS department.

Phase 3, when implemented in the future, will add a three story, 75,000 square foot office structure and a three level, 500 stall parking garage complete with a landscaped roof plaza.
